The foundation of The Power of 15 [PWR15™] is 2 parts:
1) 15-minute, focused work cycles
2) a commitment to investing a minimum of 15 minutes daily, 5 days a week, into a Wildly Important Goal (WIG) [a term coined by Sean Covey, Chris McChesney, and Jim Huling in their book The 4 Disciplines of Execution].
A Wildly Important Goal is a term I use to collectively refer to a primary, essential:
> goal or dream to achieve
> project or task to complete
> daily practice to develop
> new habit to build
Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced daily.
Your future is found in your daily routine. Successful people do daily what other people do occasionally.
Seemingly small, insignificant steps done consistently over time yield big results.
Success is the sum of small effort repeated day in and day out.
In the fable, The Tortoise and the Hare, it’s the tortoise that wins the race.
PWR15 conditions you to be the tortoise, working smarter instead of harder, creating ease and flow, having more fun along the way, and most importantly, reaching the finish line!
15 minutes a day will change your life.

> It can be implemented consistently and sustainably on a daily basis.
> It’s long enough that something of value can be accomplished!
