The Power of 15 Method™
The Power of 15 Method: Move Mountains in 15 Minutes per Day is proven for:
> massively increasing focus and productivity
> cementing new habits and eliminating bad habits
> overcoming procrastination and resistance
> creating permanent, positive change
> building long-term, sustainable success
> mastering your time, creating time freedom
> living the life of your dreams!
The foundation of The Power of 15 is 2 parts:
1) 15-minute, focused work cycles
2) a commitment to investing a minimum of 15 minutes daily, 5 days a week, into a Wildly Important Goal (WIG) [a term coined by Sean Covey, Chris McChesney, and Jim Huling in their book The 4 Disciplines of Execution].
A Wildly Important Goal is a term we use to collectively refer to a primary, essential:
> goal or dream to achieve
> project or task to complete
> daily practice to develop
> new habit to build
Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced daily.
Your future is found in your daily routine. Successful people do daily what other people do occasionally.
Seemingly small, insignificant steps done consistently over time yield big results.
Success is the sum of small effort repeated day in and day out.
In the fable, The Tortoise and the Hare, it’s the tortoise that wins the race.
PWR15 conditions you to be the tortoise, working smarter instead of harder, creating ease and flow, having more fun along the way, and most importantly, reaching the finish line!
15 minutes a day will change your life.
Why 15 minutes?
> It’s easier to fit into a busy day than a longer stretch of time.
> It can be implemented consistently and sustainably on a daily basis.
> It’s long enough that something of value can be accomplished!
> It’s short enough that it’s a tolerable starting point for big projects and high resistance.
> It matches most people’s optimal attention span; higher focus and speed can be maintained.
> It’s proven to be highly effective in various real-world applications (exercise for example).
15 minutes is the minimum daily commitment. You can always do more than 15 minutes on a given day. Even people who only do 15 minutes per day make huge progress. It doesn’t take much!
Small daily improvements over time create stunning results.
Success is the product of daily habits, not once-in-a-lifetime transformations.
The secret of your success is determined by your daily agenda.

Do not forget that small daily actions do or undo character.
Success is an inside job.
PWR15 is a holistic approach. We combine traditional techniques like mapping goals, calendaring WIG time, and setting timers with breathing and meditation, visualization, and other energy and mindset techniques.
Our clients practice conscious self-awareness around their thoughts, emotions, and actions, observing their own behavior patterns and working effectively with their strengths and weaknesses. This helps them keep going and get over obstacles where in the past they’d stop. Each client customizes their own unique PWR15 formula for success.
We incorporate teachings and methods from experts across a multitude of disciplines, including neuroscience, cognitive behavior, time management, metaphysics, and more.
“The outer work can never be small if the inner work is great.
And the outer work can never be great if the inner work is small.”
Your Wildly Important Goal is just the peak of the mountain.
More importantly, the process is transforming you into the person capable of accomplishing your WIG and any other goal you choose for the rest of your life.
The Power of 15 is a daily journey of self-discovery and personal growth, building self-love, courage and confidence, overcoming fear and limitations, and creating systems and skills to live a fulfilling life by design.
The real “power” in The Power of 15 is that once you APPLY it, you can unlock your greatest personal potential.
