Within that focus, we’ll help you identify and set a specific, measurable Wildly Important Goal (WIG).

We’ll place you on a Team with a Coach and 6 to 12 Teammates, working on the same core focus area.

The report not only keeps you accountable and tracks your progress, it develops your success mindset and habits.

Your goal measurements will automatically populate into your graphs. Goals that get measured get done!

PWR15 Club Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to do more than 15 minutes a day on my goal?

You can. Fifteen minutes is just the minimum. Some of our members spend only 15 minutes a day and others spend hours a day - it depends on your goal, timeline, and a few other factors.

The time you invest is up to you. We'd rather you do less consistently than bite off huge chunks and burn out. This is where our coaching comes into play. 

 

What if I complete my Wildly Important Goal (WIG) in less than 12 weeks?

That's fine! When you finish a WIG, just choose another one. There's never a shortage of things to work on. Since it's not just about the WIG, it's about building the underlying systems and habits for all WIGs, it's important to stick with the process.

 

 

I'm already working with a coach, mastermind group, online course, or other program? Is this redundant or a conflict?

No conflict at all. Actually, it's a perfect fit! The PWR15 Club is a complementary booster for other programs, helping you improve your results. They teach you what to do, and we help you get it done!

In fact, please tell them about us. We often formally partner with other programs to offer this experience to all of their participants.

I already have a Facebook group, accountability partner, or goal achievement app. How is this different/better?

Facebook and Social Media Groups:

In a Facebook group you can disappear without anyone noticing, be in a group of people not participating, or not get the level of individual attention that you'd like.

Our small Teams check in daily, so we always know where you are and how you are doing. It's impossible to slip through the cracks; you can't get lost or hide. It's how we keep you accountable and why our members get such great results.

If you are challenged with managing your time or uncomfortable with privacy and safety on social media, you won't have those issues with us.

Weekly Accountability is NOT Sufficient:

With weekly (or twice monthly or monthly) calls and check-ins, there's too much time and space in which to lose focus and momentum. If you are going to achieve at the highest levels and develop DAILY success habits, you need DAILY action and accountability. 

Family and Friends Don't Make the Best Accountability Partners:

Accountability partnerships can inadvertently strain important or delicate relationships. Family and friends are also not trained in success principles and don't have the systems and methods to help you.

Program Accountability Partner Pairings Are a Slippery Slope:

Have you ever had an accountability partner you didn't mesh with, and it brought you down? We have Teams of 6 to 12 people, ensuring that you'll really jive with at least a few. It isn't up to you to pull others' weight; WE provide the accountability, so you can stay peers, taking the pressure and responsibility off you.

Online Software and Apps Lack Critical Success Elements:

There are a ton of online software, mobile apps, and goal achievement communities, but often you don't get the same level of methodology, structure, systems and tools, coaching, accountability, and support necessary for BIG success.

End result: You can get further, faster in The PWR15 Club.

 

 

Can both men and women join? What about non-USA residents?

Absolutely, we welcome people of all ages (18+), ethnicities, races, faiths, gender identities, and sexual preferences. We are an English- speaking community, so if you are proficient in written (and spoken but written is more important) English, you will do fine here.

We are based in the USA and have members from all over the world! Time zones don't matter; you can check into the Club any time of day.

We do our best to schedule live events at times where the majority can attend during "reasonable" hours in their time zone. We provide replays of calls when applicable for those who cannot attend.

 

 

Can I be on the same Team as my friend? Can I bring a whole group?

If you and your friend have goals in the same core focus area (ex: you both have health goals), then more often than not, we can place you and your friend on the same Team (not 100% guaranteed - some teams are already close to full). Even if you are on different Teams, you can always connect with your friend via the Club Hub and on sprints.

After you join, we'll send you a questionnaire where you can list your friends. 

If you have 6 or more friends, it may be possible for us to create your very own Team(s)! Please contact us to discuss ahead of enrollment.

If you have a much larger group (10, 50, 100+), please contact us to work out the details. We can work with groups of any size. Thanks!

 

I'm not a "Team" person. Can you work with people individually?

Yes, we can design a customized individual program for you, including check-in frequency, term length, and more custom options. Please contact us to discuss!

 

I find learning and using technology difficult. Is the Club platform hard to use?

People who are technology-challenged are able to learn and use the system. We offer tutorial videos as well as live help calls to get you up and running. Please contact us as soon as you need help so you aren't struggling.

NO RISK TRIAL: If you don't feel comfortable with the technology, you can withdraw during the trial period (orientation through Day 7 on your Team) for a full refund.

 

When are the calls and co-working sprints scheduled? If I can't attend, should I still join?

Yes, still join! Calls with Michelle are typically at 3 pm ET / 12 noon PT on Tuesdays (although are subject to change). Other live events take place at different times throughout the days and weeks.

Think of the Club like a gym - you don't go to every class, you pick and choose what fits your schedule and interests. Same here. Any coaching or training calls are recorded.

If our co-working sprints don't fit your schedule, you can use Focusmate to sprint with people across the world: 24/7/365.

 

What are your membership terms, refund and cancellation policies, and guarantees?

Membership Terms:

Your membership is for 3 months, automatically renewing until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel in writing 7 or more business days prior to your billing date for the next 3-month period, and we will stop your payments. Other than completing the payments for your current 3-month session, there are no long-term contracts. 

Refund Policy:

No risk for new members. For new, first-time members, the trial period includes the orientation and the first 7 days on your Team, so you can fully evaluate the program and decide if it's right for you.

You must participate fully by Club participation standards (complete the orientation and check in 5 days on your Team in Week 1), so that you are giving the Club an honest and full evaluation. You can submit a written request to withdraw and receive a full refund any time prior to Day 8 on your Team.

For prior and existing members, since you have experience with how the Club works, there is no trial period and no refunds.

100% refund prior to orientation. For all registrants. past members and new: If something happens between the time you enroll and prior to Day 1 of orientation, you need to withdraw, you can do so for a full refund. Contact us in writing as soon as you know.

Results Guarantee:

Everyone who fully participates and applies themselves makes progress and gets results! We don't provide absolute guarantees because it's dependent on your action, commitment, attitude, and how closely you follow our systems and methods. YOU are your best guarantee! You get out what you put in. We share member results to show you what's possible - but they should not be taken as guarantees on what you will achieve. That is up to you!

Of course client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If we have failed to deliver or have dropped the ball, we will do everything we can to make it right.

 

What are the participation requirements? Can I take time off?

Why We Have Participation Standards and Requirements:

1) We are here to hold you accountable and get results! If you are not participating, we aren't doing our job, and you will not get results.

2) The Club is highly interactive. The experience of the entire Team is dependent on the level of participation of each individual. We are protecting the experience of all members by having and enforcing standards.

Our members join (and stay!) precisely because they want, need, and thrive with this level of structure and support, and you will, too!

Participation Requirements and Time Commitment:

These are high performance Teams building DAILY sustainable success habits.

1. REQUIRED: 15 minutes minimum per day working on your Wildly Important Goal, 5+ days/week. There may be some days you do less (things happen), but it should be the exception, not the rule.

2. REQUIRED: 15 minutes per day, 5+ days/week, to check into the Club. 

3. OPTIONAL: attending any of our live calls or watching replays. You can participate according to your time and interest.

As with anything new, there is a little bit of upfront work to get going, and then you are off to the races!

Budget about 4 hours over the week-long orientation period to get set up The PWR15 Club and learn The Power of 15 methods. After that, nearly 100% of your time is invested in achieving your Wildly Important Goal. 

Time Off and Vacations:

Every week, you get up to 2 days off, any days you choose.

Additionally, members can take up to 2 weeks off (either a few days here or there or up to 2 consecutive weeks) in a 12-week period.

[Note: we encourage our members to work on their WIG and check-in even when on vacation, traveling, are busy with the holidays, or have a mild illness, because that is what successful people do! They show up and do the work no. matter. what. We are grooming you to be a success-oriented person and to keep going when you normally would have fallen off the wagon.]

For major illness, bereavement, and serious issues, you can take off more time if you need. We'll work with you! We just ask that you communicate with us and not disappear. Reach out as soon as you know you'll need to step away for a period.

What is the Club calendar? Are there any closings or holidays?

The Club is open year-round except for the following times:

1) We close for approximately 2 weeks at the end of December, just before Christmas and re-open after New Year's Day.

2) We close Wed-Sun of Thanksgiving week (USA), opening the following Monday.

3) We close for a week for a 4th of July summer break - exact days vary depending on what day July 4 falls. This year we are taking a break from Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 12, returning Monday, July 13.

Closure does not mean fully closed. During closure our Coaches and staff will be off and no calls or events will be scheduled.

During closure you can still keep doing your WIG, checking into the Club, and access all your trainings and materials. Some Teammates may still choose to check in with each other during these times. There is no reason for you to stop if you wish to keep going. But if you want or need a break, it's there for you.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. We don't officially take PayPal and prefer not to. If that is your only option, or if you need a different method of payment, we may be able to help. Please contact us

The currency we bill in is US dollars.

 

Is this a tax-deductible or reimbursable expense? Can I get continuing education credits?

Yes, the Club (and potentially any of our products or services) can be a business tax deduction, reimbursable employee expense, or eligible for continuing education credits.

Every situation is different, so please ask your accountant, employer, and credit-granting organization if the Club meets those criteria for you. We're happy to provide any documentation you need.

 

I can't participate right now. When does the next session start?

Typically we start new Teams about once or twice per month, but that can vary. If you want to be notified when enrollment for future sessions is open, please sign up for our email mailing list. We look forward to having you in the future!

 

I have more questions and need to speak with someone. How do I get in touch with you?

Please contact us and someone on our Team will aim to get back to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday, or if you contact us on a weekend, on the next business day. We are happy to help!
